Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MID-YEAR REPORT Julie Engel, President/CEO of the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, will present the mid-year report to City Council, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. CDBG/HOME PROJECT FUNDING Rhonda Lee-James, Assistant Director of Planning and Neighborhood Services, will update City Council on proposed CDBG/HOME project funding, followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MARCH 15, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the March 15, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting and the March 14, 2023 Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding proposed EPA permitted Hazardous Waste Transfer Facility at 2264 E. 13th Street.
