Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA FIRE DEPARTMENT STRATEGIC PLAN Fire Chief, Dustin Fields, will brief City Council on the Fire Department's 2022-2027 Strategic Plan and provide a high-level overview of the development process and how it ties in with the accreditation process; followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. II. QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will present information related to the City’s FY 2023 financial status, and financial outlook for FY 2024; followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. III. BUDGET PRESENTATION Acting City Administrator, Jay Simonton, and Finance Director, Douglas Allen, will provide an overview of the proposed FY 2024 Operating Budget, including future City Council schedule and actions; followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF APRIL 19, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
