FIRE CODE AMENDMENTS Presentation by Kayla Franklin, Fire Marshal, regarding amendments to the Fire Code; followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. II. ADOPT-A-STREET PROGRAM Presentation by Joel Olea, Public Works Director, on the Adopt-A-Street Program; followed by discussion and/or questions by City Council. III.
