Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. ARIZONA WESTERN COLLEGE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER Crystal Mendoza, Director of Arizona Western College Small Business Development Center, will provide the FY 2023 Economic Impact Data achievements, as well as expectations for FY 2024, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE Director of Utilities, Jeremy McCall, will present on the Advanced Metering Infrastructure community rollout, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. III. YUMA CROSSING NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA UPDATE Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area Executive Director, Cathy Douglas, will provide an update on the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF DECEMBER 20, 2023 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding strategies and actions relating to water issues.
