City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, February 20, 2024 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. PARKS MASTER PLAN UPDATE Eric Urfer, Director of Parks and Recreation and Steve Duh from Recreation Technix, will share the key findings from the first phase of the Parks, Arts, Recreation and Trails Master Plan, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. YUMA REGION BICYCLE COALITION Gene Dalbey, Yuma Region Bicycle Coalition, will introduce the Coalition's new president and present on the Coalition's accomplishments and projects, as well as any CIP project tie-ins, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. III. QUARTERLY BUDGET UPDATE Presentation by Douglas Allen, Finance Director, on the City’s FY 2023 year-end audit results; FY 2024 financial status; and FY 2025 budget update, followed by questions and/or discussions with City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 21, 2024 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
