Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING Finance Director, Doug Allen, will present information relating to the City's FY2024 financial status and outlook for FY2025; followed by questions and/or discussion with the City Council. II. PROPOSED BUDGET OVERVIEW Acting City Administrator, Jay Simonton, and Finance Director, Doug Allen, will provide an overview of the proposed FY2025 Budget, including future City Council schedule and actions; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. III. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FY2025-FY2029 Sue Cowey, CIP Administrator, will present the proposed CIP for FY2025-FY2029, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 1, 2024 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the May 1, 2024, Regular City Council Meeting and the April 30, 2024, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation, and/or direction to legal counsel regarding different aspects of A.R.S. § 38-431 et seq. (A.R.S.38-431.03 A(3) and A(9)). B. Discussion, consultation, and or direction to legal counsel regarding Article VI. City Officials, of the Yuma City Charter. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A(1), (3) and A(4)).
