Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM DIVISION UPDATE Steve Wilson, Assistant Director of Engineering, will present a Capital Improvement Program division update, detailing current projects and future goals; followed by City Council discussion. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF AUGUST 21, 2024 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the August 21, 2024, Regular City Council Meeting and the August 20, 2024, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: There are no additional executive session items scheduled at this time.
