Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. YUMA COUNTY ANTI-DRUG COALITION Joanne Fiser, Executive Director, and Shelley Mellon, Chair, will present a year-in-review of the Yuma County Anti-Drug Coalition, highlighting their accomplishments and the impact made in Yuma County; followed by City Council discussion. II. CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL ANNUAL REPORT Chairman Greg LaVann will provide an update of the Clean & Beautiful Commission, detailing current projects and future goals; followed by City Council discussion. III. BUILDING SAFETY DEPARTMENT UPDATE Randy Crist, Director of Building Safety, will present a department update; followed by City Council discussion IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 16, 2024 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel concerning the potential sale and acquisition of real properties.
