ARIZONA WESTERN COLLEGE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER Crystal Mendoza, Director of the Arizona Western College Small Business Development Center, will provide an annual update, followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. GREATER YUMA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Greg LaVann, President and CEO of the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, will present a mid-year update; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. III. Q2 FY 2025 FINANCIAL BRIEFING Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will present information relating to the City's FY 2024 year-end results; FY 2025 financial status; and FY 2026 budget update; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF FEBRUARY 19, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
