QUARTERLY FINANCIAL BRIEFING Finance Director, Douglas Allen, will present information relating to the City's FY2025 financial status and outlook for FY2026; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. PROPOSED BUDGET OVERVIEW Acting City Administrator, Jay Simonton, and Finance Director, Douglas Allen, will provide an overview of the proposed FY2026 Budget, including future City Council schedule and actions; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council.
