Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND HOME ANNUAL ACTION PLAN Kassandra Granados, Neighborhood Services Specialist, will update City Council on proposed 2025/2026 CDBG/HOME project funding, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. FY 2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Dave Wostenberg, Director of Engineering, will present the proposed CIP for FY2026-FY2030, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. III. BUDGET DISCUSSION Discussion and questions by City Council relating to the proposed FY2026 Budget IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF MAY 21, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel concerning potential litigation.
