Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN BRIEFING Kassandra Granados, Neighborhood Services Specialist, and Avilia Bueno with Root Policy, will brief City Council on the Affordable Housing Plan, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. YUMA POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNUAL REPORT Thomas Garrity, Police Chief, will present the Yuma Police Department Annual Report, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. III. BUDGET DISCUSSION Douglas Allen, Finance Director, will provide an update and discuss processes relating to the proposed FY2026 Budget; followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. IV. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JUNE 18, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the June 18, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and the June 17, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel concerning potential litigation. (A.R.S. §38-431.03 A3, A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the railroad crossing at 9E. (A.R.S. §38-431.03 A3, A4 and A7) C. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding the potential sale of real property.
