PLANNING APPEALS PROCESS UPDATE Jennifer Albers, Assistant Director of Planning and Neighborhood Services, will brief City Council on the updates to the process for planning appeals, followed by questions and/or discussion with City Council. II. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF JULY 16, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item.
