Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. FINANCING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Mark Reader, Manager with Stifle will present information regarding financing options for the City's Capital Improvement Plan for consideration; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. UTILITIES DEPARTMENT UPDATE Jeremy McCall, Director of Utilities, will present a department update; followed by City Council discussion. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF SEPTEMBER 17, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. (For a listing of agenda items, the Regular City Council meeting agenda is posted adjacent to this worksession agenda and is available in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at www.YumaAz.gov). IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the September 17, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and the September 16, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S.
