City of Yuma City Council Worksession Agenda Tuesday, September 30, 2025 5:30 PM Yuma City Hall Council Chambers One City Plaza, Yuma Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Resolution R2015-047 that one or more members of the Yuma City Council may participate in person or by telephonic, video or internet conferencing. Voting procedures will remain as required by the Yuma City Charter and other applicable laws. CALL TO ORDER I. HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF YUMA (HACY) UPDATE Michael Morrissey, Executive Director of HACY, will provide an overview and update on operations; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. II. NEIGHBORHOOD AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT UPDATE Cynthia Blot, Assistant Director of Neighborhood Services, will present a department update; followed by questions and/or discussion by City Council. III. REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA OF OCTOBER 1, 2025 City Council discussion and/or questions to City staff on any Regular City Council Meeting agenda item. IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION An Executive Session may be called during this public meeting for the purpose of receiving legal advice for items included on the October 1, 2025, Regular City Council Meeting and the September 30, 2025, Regular Worksession agendas, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03 A (1, 3, 4 and/or 7) and the following items: A. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding public records, ongoing investigations, and victim protection. (A.R.S. 38-431.03 A3&A4) B. Discussion, consultation with and/or instruction to legal counsel regarding a zoning dispute.
