Ordinance No. 2021-17 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Gossman Group (GGR) for urban design and consulting services. (First Reading) 3. Ordinance No. 2021-18 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the proper city official to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Watercraft Cooperative Boating Facility Grant Program.
