This meeting is for discussion pertaining to the upcoming Ordinances, Resolutions, and discussion items of the Public Service Committee for review as follows: 1. Approval of Minutes of July 12, 2021 Ordinances 1. Ordinance No. 2021-101–Introduced by Council – An Ordinance repealing Ordinance 2021-78, and further authorizing the Public Service Director to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for the Mitchell Tank 3 Project. 2. Ordinance No. 2021-102–Introduced by Council–An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to add Traffic Signal Supervisor/Programmer position to unaffiliated pay ordinance. 3. Ordinance No. 2021-103–Introduced by Council–An Ordinance authorizing the proper city official to enter into a professional contract with AECOM for the final design and bidding of the R-6 and R-8 thru R-11 Combined Sewer Overflow Basin Sewer Separation, and declaring an emergency. 4. Ordinance No. 2021-104 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance amending Ordinance 2021-34, and authorizing the Mayor to apply for an Ohio Water Development Authority Loan for multiple water projects and authorizing the expenditure of funds for the purchase of materials for the construction of said projects, and declaring an emergency. 5. Ordinance No. 2021-105 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2021-35, and authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids and enter into a contract with lowest and best bidder for the water line replacement project for Pine Street, and declaring an emergency. Discussion Items 6. Gant Lighting 7. CSO Long Term plan update—A special meeting is tentatively planned for Monday, September 27, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for the consultant to update on this project. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
