Ordinance No. 2022-15–Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Director to apply for an OPWC (Ohio Public Works Commission) grant and zero interest loan and execute contracts with the Round 37 State Issue 1 Program, if approved. (Second Reading) 2. Ordinance No. 2022-16–Introduced by Council–An Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Director to apply for, accept, and enter into a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) Agreement on behalf of the City of Zanesville for construction of Wastewater Facilities for Combined Sewer Overflow Projects; and designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan. (Second Reading) 3. Ordinance No. 2022-22–Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the Service Director to purchase climber screen parts for the Waste Water Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. Discussion 2. Ordinance No. 2022-17–Introduced by Council–An Ordinance authorizing the Proper City Official to advertise for bids for the Ridge Avenue Improvements Project, enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. (Passed at Council on January 24, 2022) 3. Ordinance No. 2022-18 – Introduced by Council – An Ordinance authorizing the expenditure of funds for the construction of the Ridge Avenue Water Main Project and declaring an emergency.
