RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCES 1.) Ordinance No. 2022-107 – An Ordinance authorizing the Public Service Director to enter into a professional services contract with Gossman Group for the Gateway District Land Uses and Street Scape Design. 2.) Ordinance No. 2022-108 – An Ordinance amending appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-40 and declaring an emergency. DISCUSSION 3.) Future ordinance(s) authorizing the assessment of liens against certain properties with delinquent bills with delinquent payments impacting landlords and how to modify. 4.)
