Ordinance No. 2022-135 – An ordinance authorizing the Community Development Director to submit an application for funding through to the Urban Canopy Restoration Grant Program and declaring an emergency. 5. Ordinance No. 2022-136 – An ordinance authorizing the Community Development Director to submit an application for funding through to the Muskingum County Community Foundation Fall Grant Competition and declaring an emergency. 6.
