Approval of Minutes of November 28, 2022. 3. Ordinance No. 2023-01 – An Ordinance amending a Downtown Revitalization District within the City of Zanesville in accordance with ORC 4301.81, and declaring an emergency. 4. Ordinance No. 2023-02 – An Ordinance amending Ordinance 03-107 expanding the boundaries of the Zanesville Downtown Community Reinvestment Area and declaring an emergency. 5. Ordinance No. 2023-06 – An Ordinance authorizing the Community Development Director to enter into a professional services contract with Snider Recreation Inc. for the design, build, and installation of play equipment at Merrick Park. 6. Ordinance No. 2023-07 – An Ordinance declaring City Real Property as surplus and authorizing a transfer of said real estate to the Zanesville Community Improvement Corporation (CIC), acting as the agent of the City of Zanesville, Ohio, to negotiate the disposal of certain city owned properties for economic development purposes and declaring an emergency.
