BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS MEETING MEMORANDA FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2020 AT 8:00 A.M. EXECUTIVE SESSION This meeting was conducted in person at Zionsville Town Hall in the Town Council Chamber. Date of Preparation: October 26, 2020 Members Present: President Suzy Nagy, Josh Garrett, Bryan Traylor, Joe Culp, and Marcia Rosenfeld Absent: None. Others Present: Heather H. Willey, Legal Counsel to the Town Council Michael Spears, Chief of Police Lieutenant Drake Sterling Detective Elizabeth Frost Michele Peebles, Zionsville Police Department Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (“Executive Session”) and notice provided on October 22, 2020, Commissioners of the Board of Police Commissioners met in an Executive Session of the Board of Police Commissioners. The Executive Session took place on Monday, October 26, 2020 in the Town Council Chambers of Zionsville Town Hall located 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville Indiana. President Nagy called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m. The Executive Session was held pursuant to Ind.
