MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-5(a), Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Zionsville Board of Police Commissioners would be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 immediately upon the conclusion of the Town Council meeting which begins at 8:00 a.m. EST. The Executive Session was not open to members of the public. THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED IN PERSON IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE ZIONSVILLE TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 1100 W. OAK STREET, ZIONSVILLE, IN. President Culp called the meeting to order at 9:27 a.m. (EST). Attendance was taken and the following individuals were present: Joseph Culp, President Josh Garrett, Vice President Graig Collins, Commissioner Kristin Vargo, Commissioner Commissioner Suzanne Nagy was absent. Also in attendance were: Heather D. Harris, legal counsel to the Board of Police Commissioners Michael Spears, Chief of Police Marius Klykken, Captain Drake Sterling, Captain Joshua Sterling, Sergeant Detective Tiffany Diefenderfer, Executive Assistant to Chief Spears The Executive Session was held to receive information about and interview prospective employees in accordance with Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5). No other matters were discussed. Commissioner Garrett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:36 a.m. Commissioner Collins seconded the motion.
