NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-5 et seq., Public Notice is hereby given that the Zionsville Board of Police Commissioners will hold an Executive Session on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. or immediately following the Town Council Meeting which begins at 7:30 a.m. EST. in the Town Council Chambers at Zionsville Town Hall 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana The Executive Session will not be open to members of the public. * PLEASE NOTE The Regular meeting of the Board of Police Commissioners will begin immediately upon the conclusion of the Executive Session and will be open to the public. The Executive Session will be held to receive information about prospective employees in accordance with Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
