MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE JULY 24, 2023 Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5 et seq., Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Board of Directors of Board of Police Commissioners would be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. EST. The Executive Session was not open to members of the public. THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED IN PERSON IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT TOWN HALL, 1100 WEST OAK STREET, ZIONSVILLE, IN. Chair Vargo called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. (EST). Attendance was taken and the following individuals were present: Kristin Vargo, President Graig Collings Bob Kuzman Also in attendance were: Heather D. Harris, legal counsel to Board Captain Drake Sterling Officer Thomas Lucas Thomas Whitsett, legal counsel to the Town The Executive Session was held to discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9). No recommendation as to the matter was made by the Board and no official action was taken. No other matters were discussed.
