Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

Town of Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals July 9, 2013 Pledge of Allegiance was said and attendance was taken by the Secretary. Present: Steve Schanke. Staff attending: Wayne DeLong, Carol Sparks Drake, attorney. A quorum is not present. Schanke I’d like to call the July meeting of the Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals to order. As always, as usual, we will begin with the Pledge of Allegiance. All Pledge. Schanke I would like to ask Mr. DeLong to please call the attendance. DeLong Mr. Schanke? Schanke Present. DeLong Mr. Mitchell? Mr. Morical? Mr. Wopshall? Mr. Parks? Schanke Due to the holidays, we do not have a quorum present. Therefore, I will have to continue the July Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals agenda items, particularly or including Docket No. 2013-09 DSV for the address, for the property at 8346 East 550 South. We will continue that as old business to the August 13 meeting. And, I guess I just declare the meeting adjourned. I guess we don’t have to stand up.
