MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA‐ ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS August 8, 2017 The Regular meeting of the Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bev Harves Room at Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street. Schmidt 7711 Indianapolis Road residential building to remain in a Rural Industrial Zoning District (I1). Petition for Development Standards variance in order to allow for two (2) integrated center signs (one permitted), which: 1) Exceeds allowed square footage Stonegate 6885 W Stonegate Drive 2017‐10‐DSV 2) Exceeds allowed height Signage (Common Areas T & U) 3) Is proposed to be installed zero (0) feet from the front yard setback all within the Stonegate subdivision in the Rural Professional Business Zoning District (PB). Petition for Development Standards Variance, to provide for a single family home to enjoy: 2017‐28‐DSV K. Hohman 595 Sycamore Street 1) Lot coverage which exceeds the allowable 35%, up to 37% 2) A cantilevered encroachment into the front yard setback in the Residential Village Zoning District (R‐V). Benge 10650 Bennett Parkway 1) Have a reduced front yard setback in the Urban General Industrial District (I2). Petition for Development Standards Variance, to provide for the operation of a commercial indoor tennis facility located on the applicant's property which would: 2017‐32‐DSV S. Wang 5071 S US 421 1) Exceed the allowable height 2) Have a reduced number of parking spaces in the Residential Single Family Zoning District and the Urban Michigan Road Overlay District (R‐SF‐2 & MRO).
