MEETING AGENDA- ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 The meeting of the Zionsville Board of Zoning Appeals has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall Council Chamber, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana. The following items are scheduled for consideration: I. Pledge of Allegiance II. Attendance III. Approval of the August 13, 2019 Meeting Minutes IV. Continuance Requests V. Continued Business Docket Number Name Address of Project Item to be considered None at this time VI. New Business Docket Number Name Address of Project Item to be considered Petition for a Use Variance in order to provide for the construction and operation of a new Winery, Distillery & Hopwood Cellars 2055 & 2201 S US Event Center to: 2019-21-UV 1) Deviate from the allowed intended uses Winery 421 in an Agricultural Zoning District and the Rural Michigan Road Overlay District (AG & MRO). Petition for Special Exception to allow existing residential Hopwood Cellars 2055 & 2201 S US 2019-22-SE building(s) to remain in an Agricultural Zoning District and Winery 421 the Rural Michigan Road Overlay District (AG & MRO). Petition for Development Standards Variance to allow for the construction and operation of a new Winery, Distillery and Event Center, located in both the Agricultural (AG) and Hopwood Cellars 2055 & 2201 S US 2019-23-DSV Rural Michigan Road Overlay (MRO) Zoning Districts to: Winery 421 1) Deviate from the MRO requirements specific to accessory use standards 2) Exceed the AG maximum height requirement August 23, 2019 Petition for a Use Variance in order to provide for the Zionsville operation of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) kiosk in 2019-24-UV Community Schools 800 Mulberry Street the parking lot of an existing school campus to: Teller Kiosk 1) deviate from the allowed intended uses in the Urban Special Use Zoning District (SU-1). Petition for Development Standards Variance to allow for the operation of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) kiosk Zionsville in the parking lot of an existing school campus to: 2019-25-DSV Community Schools 800 Mulberry Street 1) deviate from the required drive-through off-street Teller Kiosk stacking spaces in the Urban Special Use Zoning District (SU-1). VII.
