Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 ATTENDEES: Committee Members:  Mike Billig  Eileen Davis  David Rausch  Tom Casalini  Brad Johnson  Beth Casselman  Todd Rottmann Others:  Wayne DeLong Chair David Rausch opened the meeting at 7:38 am. A quorum was present. AGENDA: A motion to approve the agenda as proposed was made by David Rausch and seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion was approved unanimously. MEETING MINUTES: A motion to approve the May 24th, 2016 meeting minutes as proposed and amended was made by Brad Johnson and seconded by Mike Billig. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The 2016 budget remains $50,000. An encumbered amount of $60,378.00 has been carried from 2015 for 130 Hawthorne and 98 Main Street Projects. No change from previous month. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Façade Application for 130 Hawthorne St (Chapel): Due to death of Zionsville resident and applicant, the committee discussed the grant and minor outstanding façade items related to lighting and planters. A motion was made by Beth Casselman and seconded by Tom Casalini to approve the $18,000 grant for the project. It was unanimously approved. 2. Ancillary Structures Application for 98 South Main – Green Wall Dumpster Enclosure (Swack): Green Dumpster activity has not proceeded. Owner is seeking additional quotes. 3. Façade Application for 98 South Main St (Swack): Subcommittee updated the committee on progress. Colors and door surround have been selected. Shingles have been installed where cupola was removed. Exposed wood at second floor will need to be covered. Lights along Oak Street have not been installed. Owne r is to send an update on open items to the committee. The EIFS type cornice as it relates to the façade grant and Village was discussed in detail. Valerie will be contacted be committee to discuss cornice. 4. Façade Application for 120 South Main (Zeller): Project was updated. The side gate will be  removed from the scope of the façade grant. NEW BUSINESS: 1. The Committee discussed the façade grant and internal review process as it relates to applicants and their façades. At 8:31 am Eileen Davis moved for adjournment. Brad Johnson seconded this motion.
