Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 ATTENDEES: Committee Members: • Mike Billig • Eileen Davis • Todd Rottmann • Tom Casalini • Brad Johnson • Beth Casselman • David Rausch Others: • Wayne DeLong • Dot Chapel (present for grant discussion only) Chair David Rausch opened the meeting at 7:34 am. A quorum was present. AGENDA: A motion to approve the agenda as proposed was made by Eileen Davis and seconded by Brad Johnson. Motion was approved unanimously. MEETING MINUTES: A motion to approve the October 4th, 2016 meeting minutes as proposed was made by Eileen Davis and seconded by Brad Johnson. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The 2016 budget is $50,000. An encumbered amount of $60,378.00 has been carried from 2015 for 130 Hawthorne and 98 Main Street Projects. A $18,000.00 payout was paid out in August for Chapel Grant Application. A $3,407.84 payout will be processed in November for Three Dog Bakery. OLD BUSINESS: 1. Façade Application for 98 South Main St (Swack): Subcommittee (Tom & Eileen) updated the committee on progress. Subcommittee updated committee on progress and discussion related to cornice installation. A separate meeting will be coordinated with Grant Applicant and committee members to further discuss next steps and movement to close out grant before end of year. 2. Façade Application with Dot Chapel: New Applicant request. Project involves canopy, tuck pointing, wrought iron, shutters, doors, windows, porches, and paint. A Several Options were presented to committee for input and review. The presentation and detail to intentions by applicant were well received by the Committee. NEW BUSINESS: 1.
