Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Location: Zionsville Town Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018 ATTENDEES: Committee Members: • Mike Billig • Steve Herron • Todd Rottmann • Tom Casalini • Cara Weber Others: • Wayne DeLong InterimChair Todd Rottmann opened the meeting at 7:43 am. A quorum was present. New Members Steve Herron and Cara Weber were welcomed to the committee by the veterans. Committee discussed the goals, history of the committee, and backgrounds. The story board developed by David Rausch was discussed and how it depicted the story of the Façade Grant and continued history of the Village. Discussion of reviving and adding to the story continued. AGENDA: A motion to approve the agenda as proposed was made by Tom Casalini and seconded by Mike Billig. Motion was approved unanimously. MEETING MINUTES: A motion to approve the November 28th, 2017 meeting minutes was tabled. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. Happy New Year. The 2018 budget was set at $50,000. No encumbered monies were carried over from 2017. OLD BUSINESS: 1. None NEW BUSINESS: 1. Committee discussed potential new applicants and ideas for recruiting owners to better enhance their properties and educate them on Façade Grant process. At 8:27 am, Cara Weber moved for adjournment.
