Zionsville Architectural Review Committee - Meeting Minutes Location: Zionsville Town Hall Tuesday, June 25th, 2019 ATTENDEES: Committee Members Present: • Todd Rottmann • Steve Herron • David Rausch • Steve Freeland • Tom Casalini Committee Members Absent: • Carol Mullet • Cara Weber • Mike Billig Others Present: • Wayne Delong, Town of Zionsville President Todd Rottmann opened the meeting at 7:42 am. A Quorum was present. MEETING AGENDA and MINUTES: A new agenda was reviewed, and a motion to adopt the agenda was made by David Rausch and seconded by Tom Casalini. Motion was approved unanimously. The May 28th meeting minutes were reviewed. A motion to adopt was made by Steve Herron and seconded by David Rausch. Motion was approved unanimously. REPORTS: The ZARC Financials were reviewed. No updates to the Financial Report since the May meeting re- calculations. $50,000 remains for 2019. OLD BUSINESS: 1. 170 South Main • A few minor items remain to be completed in the near future • Applicant is requesting an extended discussion with ZARC on the feasibility of amending the application to perform additional work on the façade – specific to the windows. More is to be discussed in the July meeting once more details follow. 2. Lions Club – Zionsville • No Update NEW BUSINESS: None NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 ADJOURN: With no other new business, Tom Casalini made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Steve Freeland, at 8:07 am.
