MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA ZIONSVILLE BOARD OF PARKS & RECREATION Wednesday, May 12, 2021 7:00 PM (Local Time) The Park and Recreation Board meeting will be held in hybrid format, both virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Town Hall Council Chambers room with a 25-limit capacity (plus two additional seats reserved for media). These COVID-19 safety protocols continue to remain in place: 1. Masks, social distancing and a health screening are required for all. 2. Capacity for public meetings is set at 25 people (plus two additional seats reserved for media). 3. Once capacity is met, access into Town Hall is by appointment-only. Because of COVID-19 safety protocol, there is no ability to congregate inside Town Hall. 4. If capacity is met, attendees will be given a meeting agenda with the link to join via Zoom. 5. Doors will open at 6:30 pm on the day of the meeting. 6. Due to limited room capacity, we encourage the public to participate in meetings virtually via YouTube (www.youtube.com/TownofZionsville) or by joining via the Zoom meeting link (see Agenda Center link below).
