ZIONSVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Thursday, August 19, 2016 at 9:00am Zionsville Town Hall-Fire Place Room 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Jason Plunkett, President, Tammy Kelly, Vice-President, Cara Weber, Secretary, J.D Graves, and Katie Culp. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development, and Bruce Donaldson, Counsel. A. Opening a. Call meeting to order-9:07am. B. Election of Officers A slate was introduced, including Jason Plunkett as President, Tammy Kelly as Vice President, and Cara Weber as Secretary (Katie Culp motioned to approve the slate, seconded by J.D. Graves). The motion was unanimously approved by the members present at the meeting. C. New Business The Commission discussed procedures for intake of applicants seeking funding, and a form for application was introduced.
