Zionsville Pathways Committee Meeting

Pathways Committee Meeting Minutes May 12, 2014 6:00pm Meeting attendees: Mark Gibson Art Small Jeff Edmundson Evan Williams Geoff Brown Matt Dickey Bike-Friendly Status Should get feedback in a couple days from our 2nd submission. Pathway Master Plan Evan passed out copies of the currently approved Master Plan last updated 4-12-11. He also had a copy of a marked up improvement done a little over a year ago awaiting update with the next Transportation Plan update. Matt described his take on Zionsville’s attempt to annex Perry Township. We decided to wait awhile before adding any of Perry Township to our Pathway Plan. Art is to check the status of the next Transportation Plan update. Pathway Priority List Evan passed out copies of the last updated list dated 7-9-12. Evan offered to update the list and bring it to the next meeting. Bike to School Day Jeff noted about 1,350 kids participated in the Bike-To-School Day last week. Apparently, it was well received and implemented. Additionally, a Walk-To-School effort was run piggy-backing our Bike-To- School. Next Meetings - The next meeting will: July 14th at 6pm .
