ZIONSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 9:00am Zionsville Town Hall-Community Meeting Room 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Brad Johnson, Vice-President, Mark Plassman, Secretary, and Katie Culp Also Present: Ed Mitro, Town Manager, Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development A. Opening a. Call meeting to order-Brad Johnson called the meeting to order at 9:00am B. New Business: Consideration of bids associated with the Southeast corner of West 106th Street and Bennett Parkway (Legal Advertisement, Offering Sheet, and Instructions to Bidder attached for reference). The Commission recognized that no bids had been submitted for the consideration of the Commission. C. Other Business: The Commission discussed next steps related to Creekside in preparation for the February 13, 2015 Creekside Committee meeting. It was indicated that staff believed that it would have field data gathered on January 27, 2015 available to the committee in a digital format / integrated into existing digital information. This will be useful as we formulate a plan to clear portions of the property in an effort to facilitate on-site marketing efforts. The Commission also spoke about efforts of the Creekside Marketing Committee and its milestones it believes it will accomplish prior to the February 13, 2015 meeting. D.
