ZIONSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Monday, January 30, 2017 at 9:00am Zionsville Town Hall-Community Room 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Brad Johnson, President, Kent Esra, Secretary, Wade Achenbach Treasurer, and Sanjay Patel. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development A. Opening Call meeting to order-President Brad Johnson called the meeting to order at 9:00am. B. Old Business a. Bennett Parkway Extension: Wayne DeLong summarized that additional discussions regarding alignment were ongoing. b. Indy Chamber: Wayne DeLong summarized that Amanda Vela, Director of Communications and Community Relations, was assisting with the effort to participate in the Indy Chamber offering C. New Business a. Creekside Corporate Park - Tree Clearing progress report. Wayne DeLong summarized that Homer Tree Services will commence with efforts to conduct additional tree clearing within specific areas of Creekside in the coming days. b. Creekside Corporate Park - Bids: Proof of publication was provided to the Commission, indicating that legal ads were published on January 11, 2017 and January 18. 2017, providing Notice of Sale of Property, being 59.249 acres known as Creekside Corporate Park. With no respondents to the bidding process, Staff noted this information on the Bid Tabulation Sheet. Adjournment (the meeting adjourned at 9:15am) The next meeting of the Redevelopment Commission is scheduled for February 27, 2017 at 6:30pm.
