An Executive Session of the Zionsville Economic Redevelopment Commission was conducted for the
purpose stated in IND. CODE § 5-14-1.5-6.1(4)(E). All Redevelopment Commission members attended
(Brad Johnson arrived at 9:12am), except Luke Phenicie. No subject matter beyond the stated purpose
was discussed. The Executive Session was adjourned at approximately 9:45 a.m.

The Zionsville Economic Redevelopment Commission (RDC) will conduct an
Executive Session at 8:45am on Monday May 01, 2017 in the Town Hall
Conference Center at 1100 W. Oak Street, Zionsville, IN, for the purpose stated in
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(4)(E).
An Executive Session is a meeting from which the public is excluded.
