ZIONSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Monday, November 20, 2017 at 9:45am Zionsville Town Hall-Room 205 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Brad Johnson, President, Luke Phenicie, Vice President (via phone), Kent Esra, Secretary, Sanjay Patel, and Mike Shafer. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development. A. Opening a. Call meeting to order – The meeting was called the meeting to order at 9:45am. B. New Business a. Bid Opening: Lot 3 Zionsville Town Hall Government Center: It was announced that one (1) bid packet had been received in response to the Redevelopment Commission advertisement (proof of publication acknowledged and available for review), and, had been received in a timely manner. The bid packet was opened, and read aloud, acknowledging that the response had been submitted by SEAKE, LLC, offering 620,020.20 for the acreage (Lot 3). Further, it was acknowledged that the response appeared both complete and complied with the advertised minimum specifications. 1. Action Taken: A motion was made by Luke Phenicie (seconded by Sanjay Patel) to accept the submitted response, and, table the response for review with future discussion occurring at a forthcoming Redevelopment Commission meeting. The motion was unanimously approved by the Commission members present in the room as well as participating via telephone. C. Other Business: None 1.
