ZIONSVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING MEMORANDA FOR Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 9:45am Zionsville Town Hall-Room 205 1100 West Oak Street Members Present: Brad Johnson, President, Luke Phenicie, Vice President (participating telephonically), Kent Esra, Secretary, Sanjay Patel. and Mike Shafer. Also Present: Wayne DeLong, AICP, Director of Planning & Economic Development. A. Bid Opening a. The Commission called for the opening of bids associated with Commission’s request for offers specific to Lot 3 at Zionsville Town Hall Government Center. The responses included one offering: Respondent SEAKE, LLC offered 600,020.20. Seeing no other bids to open, the following motion was offered: Luke Phenicie made a motion (seconded by Sanjay Patel) to accept the offer by SEAKE LLE and table the matter for discussion at a future meeting. The motion was unanimously approved by membership. Adjournment (the meeting adjourned at 9:52am)
