NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PLAN OF REORGANIZATION FOR PERRY TOWNSHIP, BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA AND THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, INDIANA Property owners and other interested parties in the Town of Zionsville, Indiana and all areas of Perry Township, Boone County, Indiana are hereby notified that a Special Meeting and public hearing of the Perry Township Advisory Board of Boone County, Indiana, the Perry Township Trustee, Boone County, Indiana and the Town Council of the Town of Zionsville, Indiana will be held at 7:00 p.m., local time, on May 20, 2014, at the Zionsville Town Hall­Beverly Harves Meeting Room, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, on the matter of the reorganization. Immediately following the public hearing the Perry Township Advisory Board, Perry Township Trustee and the Town Council will consider the adoption of a resolution approving the Plan of Reorganization. At such public hearing and prior to final adoption of the resolution, all interested parties may appear and be heard. The complete text of proposed resolution and Plan of Reorganization is on file and available for examination and copying at the office of the Town’s Clerk­Treasurer at 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, during regular business hours as well as on the Town of Zionsville’s website (www.zionsville­in.gov), and will be available at the public hearing.
