MEMORANDUM OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ZIONSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL June 30, 2014 The Zionsville Town Council met in executive session at 8:00 a.m. on Monday June 30, 2014 in the Zionsville Town Hall Conference Center. Notice of the executive session was duly given and posted. A quorum of the Town Council was present at the executive session meeting. The Town Council received information concerning and discussed matters authorized pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and I.C. 5-14-1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(D). The Town Council hereby certifies that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session meeting other than the subjects authorized pursuant to I.C. 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
