MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION TOWN COUNCIL, TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, IN Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Zionsville Town Council would be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. EST. The Executive Session was not open to members of the public. THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED IN PERSON IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE ZIONSVILLE TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 1100 W. OAK STREET, ZIONSVILLE, IN. President Plunkett called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. (EST). Attendance was taken and the following individuals were present: Jason Plunkett, President Brad Burk, Vice President Joe Culp Josh Garrett Bryan Traylor Craig Melton Town Council member Alex Choi was absent. Also in attendance were: Heather D. Harris, legal counsel to the Town Council Amy Nooning, legal counsel to the Town Tom Whitsett, legal counsel to the Town Julie Johns-Cole, Deputy Mayor Kellie Adams, Chief Financial Officer Cindy Poore, Deputy Chief Financial Officer Mayor Emily Styron, who had requested the meeting, was absent. The Executive Session was held to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened in writing pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
