MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL AUGUST 15, 2023 Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5 et seq., Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Town Council, Town of Zionsville, Indiana would be held on August 15, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. EST. The Executive Session was not open to members of the public. THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED IN PERSON IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT TOWN HALL, 1100 WEST OAK STREET, ZIONSVILLE, IN. President Plunkett called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m. (EST). Attendance was taken and the following individuals were present: Jason Plunkett, President Brad Burk, Vice President Craig Melton Brad Burk Josh Garrett Alex Choi Also in attendance were: Heather D. Harris, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, legal counsel to Town of Zionsville Mark Crandley, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, legal counsel to Town of Zionsville Amy Lacy The Executive Session was held to discuss pending litigation pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). No recommendation as to the matter was made by the Board and no official action was taken. No other matters were discussed.
