MEETING MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE SESSION TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 16, 2024 Pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5 et seq., Public Notice was given that an Executive Session of the Town Council, Town of Zionsville, Indiana would be held on September 16, 2024 after the conclusion of the Town of Zionsville Town Council meeting which began at 7:30 a.m. EST or 8:30 a.m. EST (whichever is earlier). The Executive Session was not open to members of the general public. THE EXECUTIVE SESSION WAS CONDUCTED IN PERSON IN ROOM 205 OF TOWN HALL. President Plunkett called the meeting to order at 8:16 a.m. (EST). Attendance was taken and the following individuals were present: Jason Plunkett, President Brad Burk, Vice President Craig Melton, Town Councilor Tim McElderry, Town Councilor Evan Norris, Town Councilor Sarah Sampson, Town Councilor Also in attendance were: Mayor John Stehr Lance Lantz, Director of the Department of Public Works Heather D. Harris, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, legal counsel to Town of Zionsville, Town Council Jon Oberlander, Chief Legal Counsel, Town of Zionsville The Executive Session was held for the discussion of strategy with respect to a purchase of real property pursuant to Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D)(i). No official action was taken. No other matters were discussed. The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:34 a.m. EST.
