18360 MINUTES ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION City Council Chambers, 123 South Lincoln Street, Municipal Building, Aberdeen, South Dakota, April 13, 2023 at 1:30 p.m., work session for the City Council. CALL TO ORDER MEETING ROLL CALL Present at roll call were City Council Members Erin Fouberg, Charlotte Liebelt, Josh Rife, Alan Johnson, Justin Reinbold, David Novstrup, and Mayor Travis Schaunaman. City Council Members Rob Ronayne and Tiffany Langer were absent. City Staff present were Joe Gaa, Ron Wager, Robin Bobzien, Brett Bill, Dave McNeil, Joel Weig, Rich Krokel, Bob Braun, Peggi Badten, Mark Hoven, Cathy McNickle, Anna Moser, Jill Mohr, and Jordan McQuillen. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Schaunaman led the Pledge of Allegiance. DISCUSSION Discussion was held on Strategic Visioning. City Council Member Rob Ronayne joined the work session at 1:33 p.m. City Council Member Tiffany Langer joined the work session at 2:15 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, motion by Ronayne, second by Reinbold to adjourn the work session.
