7 Present at roll call were City Council Members Rob Ronayne, Erin Fouberg, Charlotte Liebelt,
8 Rich Ward, Tiffany Langer, and David Novstrup. Council Member Alan Johnson and Mayor Travis
9 Schaunaman were absent.

6 Market on the Plaza, retail wine license RW-30427 and retail beer license RB-27585, transfer to
7 225 3rd Ave SE, ARCC Library, 2nd floor for Spring Swing Concert and Dance. Voice vote to
8 approve with Council Member Ward abstaining, all others present voting aye, motion carried.
