Lee Aberdeen Public Library Tuesday, December 1, 2020 5:00 PM MINUTES November 3, 2020 OPEN FORUM (see format guidelines at end of agenda) LIBRARIAN’S REPORT FINANCIAL MATTERS UNFINISHED BUSINESS  Update on library services during COVID-19 NEW BUSINESS  Library Goals for 2021 The next Library Board meeting will be Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 5:00 pm at the library. Members of the public who would like to attend the meeting will be allowed into the meeting, with social distancing measures in place. Thank you Open forum provides an opportunity for the public to address the Library Board with questions, concerns or comments on items, which are not on the agenda. Open forum will be limited to 10 minutes. The open forum may not be used to make personal attacks, to air personality grievances, to make political endorsements, or for political campaign purposes. Open forum will not be used as a time for problem solving or reacting to the comments made, but, rather for hearing the citizen for informational purposes. The Library Board may respond with a request for Library Management to follow up report back on any issue raised during the public address time. A presentation may not exceed two minutes in duration.
