a. Helms & Associates Invoice #25 in the amount of $20,811.61 for Administration and
Resident Engineering services
b. Reede Construction pay estimate #7 in the amount of $1,175,847.40 for materials and work
completed-to-date on Bid Schedule A and B and reduce value of retainage to 3%
c. American Engineering Testing, Inc. invoice in the amount of $10,254.75 for Asphalt QA Testing
d. Request approval of Reede Construction Change Order #3 a decrease of $50,889.46 in contract
amount on the AIP Proj. #3-46-0001-40-2019 Bid Schedule A & B
9. Recommendation to pay Helms & Associates Invoice #13 in the amount of $1,988.66 on
AIP #3-46-0001-43-2020 Taxiway Geometry Improvements, Bidding services 90% complete

THIS REQUIREMENT. ANY PERSON WHO FAILS TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED SEPARATION WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLY. SUCH
PERSON WILL BE REMOVED FROM COUNCIL CHAMBERS UPON REFUSAL TO COMPLY.
