Special Meeting Minutes- March 16, 2022
The K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library Board met in special session on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at
10:00 AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Present were Board Members Lynn Klundt, Troy
McQuillen, Peter Ramey, Don Briscoe, and Cindy Senger. Also present were City Councilman Rob
Ronayne, City Manager Joe Gaa, and Human Resources Director Jill Mohr. Board President Lynn Klundt
called the meeting to order.
At 10:00 AM Cindy Senger moved that the board move into executive session for personnel matters.
Peter Ramey seconded the motion. Motion carried.

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
The Aberdeen Library Board will meet in special session on Wednesday
March 16, 2022 at 10:00am in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The
purpose of the meeting is to interview finalists for the position of
Library Director. The Board may move into executive session to conduct
candidate interviews. Any questions or comments may be directed to
Joe Gaa, City Manager at 626-7025.
